What a jumping tarot card is

Jumping cards usually refer to a phenomenon where a specific card or cards seem to catch the attention of the person shuffling or laying out the cards, even though they may not have been specifically selected or intended to appear.

Jumping tarot cards stand out in a reading for some reason. Often they fly out of the deck when shuffling, as in this example.

They often fall or “fly” out of the deck while shuffling. Many believe these cards have special meaning and should be the focus of the reading.

This could be seen as a sign that the card or cards in question have a special significance or relevance to the current situation or the person for whom the reading is being done.

It is also important to note that this is not a scientific or proven phenomenon but one often experienced by those who practice tarot reading. There is no scientific proof that jumping cards are indeed messages from the divine.
